Sliced, locally picked Jalepeno and Red Hot Chili peppers are added to our local raw honey for two days. The initial natural flavoring from the peppers infuse the honey. we then strain all the solids and add a little more heat with hot chili oil. The heat is the level of a hot Jalepeno , flavorful but not too hot. Try on pizza, chicken fingers or a beautiful cheese tray. Use you imagination.
